To Our Ultrasound Office from Riverside
Our office is located just 20 minutes from downtown Riverside. Head east on Central Ave. toward De Anza then use the left 2 lanes to merge onto CA-91 E toward San Bernardino. Merge onto I-215 N. Take exit 40A to merge onto I-10 E towards Redlands. Exit 77A for Alabama St. and turn left onto Alabama St. Take a right onto W Lugonia Ave. then a right onto Indiana Ct. Our office will be on the right in the Shops at Indiana Court.

At Our Ultrasound Office
If you would like to come to our office in Redlands we are open seven days a week and our weekends fill up fast so make sure to call in advance for an appointment. For our Riverside customers we can usually get you a same day appointment Monday through Friday, but be sure to call us early in the day for details.
When you arrive you may want to take advantage of our baby boutique. We carry some very cute and unique clothing for your soon-to-arrive baby! We also carry breast pumps for purchase along with Breast Pumping accessories.

Riverside Events
Baby Bump Ballet™ is a wonderful 45-55 minute class for expecting mamas to stay active, increase energy, improve your posture, & meet new friends. The basics of ballet are incorporated with mat pilates and barre fitness for a fun way to tone, strengthen, and prepare the body for motherhood...and to meet other mamas too! Mamas use a yoga mat during a portion of class to help with core exercises and balance in preparation for childbirth. Mamas can wear ballet shoes or toe socks.

Pregnancy is a transformative time in our bodies as well as in the rest of our lives. A prenatal yoga practice is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our baby and mindfully create space and time for welcoming this new life into the world. In this one hour class, you will practice ways to breathe and move your body that are safe and effective for women at all stages of pregnancy. Each class will open with a check-in to build community and find out what is going on in our bodies week by week. The kriyas (movements with breath) and asanas (postures) we will practice alleviate some of the common ailments and discomforts that come along with our changing bodies and will ultimately help to prepare us for the birth of our baby.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
Classes meet Monday through Friday at three different parks throughout Riverside. Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes are held at Orange Terrace park and Arlington Heights Sports park, Tuesday and Thursday classes are held at Castle View park. All classes begin at 9:30 a.m. and are one hour long.
